Our annual treatfest & wagon ride

Every year we invite the community to trick or treat at our home and this year proved to be the biggest turn out yet. While the evening proved to be jam-packed with ghouls and goblins, the afternoon was equally eventful.

Highland Park sponsored a Halloween house decorating contest in Alliance and to determine the winner, we adventured out into the spookiness to get a first hand look at the entries. One trip took place in the afternoon aboard a borrowed wagon allowing our family to lazily cruise through town taking in the sites. The evening tour was aboard our bus and afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the same sites while lit up and increasingly more scary. The following day the residents voted on their choice of Alliance’s spookiest house.
