Endorphins are us

The cliche about some people are born with it was demonstrated last week as during our monthly visit from a local school we were privileged to witness a walking, talking, hugging endorphin boost. This little girl was full of compliments for everyone she encountered and, as she was leaving, made sure to hug everyone she could. The good vibrations were palpable and enduring. From her young station she taught us the benefits of her own version of Buddies Forever.

The benefit of an intergenerational relationship was apparent today. As we hope to increase the quality of life of all who enter here, we know we are blessed to have been offered such skilled hands as this fine young lady.
